Terms of use

Effective from 6 October 2026 · v2026-11-02

Draft: the operator’s details are not filled in yet.

HealsMe is not a medical service and does not give medical advice. Everything the app shows, including explanations, summaries and AI suggestions, is for information only. Talk to a doctor before you make any decision about your health or the health of people you care for.

These terms are an agreement between you and TODO: legal name of the operator ("we", "HealsMe") about the HealsMe web app, mobile app and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. What HealsMe is

HealsMe is a personal health record: a place to keep lab results, documents, reminders, medication courses and your home first-aid kit for yourself and your family.

  • We help you organise your records, see them over time and remember what matters.
  • We do not diagnose, prescribe, stop or change treatment, choose doses, or replace a consultation with a doctor.
  • We are not a healthcare provider, a laboratory or a pharmacy, and we do not provide medical care.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing in HealsMe is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Always ask a doctor or another qualified health professional about any health question before you do, change or stop anything.

  • "In range", "high" and "low" compare a number with a reference range. Ranges differ between labs, methods, age, sex, pregnancy and other circumstances. A value outside the range does not necessarily mean illness, and a value inside it does not guarantee that all is well.
  • The "What this means" texts are general. They do not know your condition, history or medicines.
  • Medication and kit reminders only repeat what you entered. They do not check that a medicine is prescribed correctly, that medicines go together, or that they suit you.
  • Do not put off seeing a doctor or ignore their advice because of something you saw in HealsMe.

If you feel unwell or think it may be an emergency, call 112 or your local emergency number. HealsMe is not made for emergencies.

3. Artificial intelligence

Some HealsMe features use artificial intelligence (AI): reading values from lab reports and prescriptions, recognising medicine packs, summarising results and explaining how a marker has changed.

  • AI answers are generated automatically, are for information only, and can be inaccurate, incomplete or wrong even when they sound confident.
  • The AI in HealsMe is not a doctor and does not replace one. Its text is not a medical opinion, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation.
  • Check every value, unit and date the AI reads against the original report before you save it.
  • Any health decision you make with an AI answer in mind is made by you and your doctor. We take no part in such decisions and are not responsible for them.

4. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to create an account. You may keep records for children and other people close to you if you have the right to (for example as a parent or legal representative).
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in safe (password, Google or Apple account, device) and for what happens in your account.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for who you share it with through Sharing.
  • Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has got into your account.

5. What you must not do

  • enter another person’s data without their consent or a legal basis;
  • try to reach other people’s data, or get around the Service’s security, limits or checks;
  • upload malicious files or content that breaks the law or other people’s rights;
  • use the Service to provide medical services to others or as a medical device;
  • scrape the Service or overload it.

We may limit or close access if you break these terms or the law.

6. Your data

Your records are yours. We process them only to provide the Service, as the Privacy policy describes. You can export all your records (PDF or ZIP) and delete your account in Profile at any time.

7. Beta and changes to the Service

HealsMe is currently a closed beta. Features may change, appear or go away, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable. We will tell you in advance about significant changes that affect you.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will run without interruptions or errors, or that values it reads, calculates or generates will be accurate.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for harm to health, losses or other consequences of decisions based on information in HealsMe, including AI answers, range labels, reminders, or data that you or others entered incorrectly. Health decisions remain with you and your doctor.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Ending

You can delete your account in Profile at any time. If we stop the Service we will give at least 30 days’ notice so you can export your data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about significant changes in the app or by email and ask you to accept the new version before you carry on using the Service.

12. Law and disputes

Ukrainian law applies to these terms unless mandatory rules of the country you live in say otherwise. Let’s try to sort out any problem together first: write to [email protected].
